add the egg and mix in slowly mix in the dry ingredients leave in the fridge for an hour or so |
set the oven for 180C cover a baking tray with greaseproof paper Scoop out a teaspoon of dough roll on a floured board to make a 2cm ball put on the tray, 5cm apart cook for about 10 minutes |
